Terms of Service

1. Who we are

RapVideoGenerator (rapvideogenerator.com, "we", "us") is an online service that generates rap lyrics, rap songs and lip-synced rap videos with artificial intelligence. RapVideoGenerator is independently operated by a sole proprietor. You can reach us at support@rapvideogenerator.com.

2. Agreement

By creating an account, buying credits or otherwise using the service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher.
• You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping it secure.
• One free sign-up bonus per person. Creating multiple accounts to collect free credits is not allowed.

4. What the service does

The service has three parts. Rap songs: you give a topic or lyrics and choose a beat style, a voice and a length (30 seconds to 2 minutes); the service writes lyrics if needed and generates two original takes of a rap song as MP3 files. Lyric videos: a vertical video of a song with scrolling lyrics. Rap videos: you provide a photo and a song (new or one of yours) and the service animates the photo so it appears to perform 10, 20, 30 seconds of it, as a vertical MP4. The rap lyrics generator and rap name generator produce text only.

AI output can be imperfect. Lip-sync accuracy, voice, pronunciation and visual quality vary with the photo and the lyrics. Songs usually take about a minute and videos 5 to 10 minutes, but timing is not guaranteed.

5. Plans, credits and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD).

• Video credits: 1 credit = 1 second of standard or MV style video (MV style is 10 seconds); HD video (Pro and Studio) costs 4 credits per second. Credits are deducted when a video starts and returned automatically if it fails. Songs, lyric videos, lyrics and rap names do not use credits.
• Unlimited songs on Pro and Studio yearly plans have no daily or monthly cap. Automated, scripted or resold generation is not allowed, and technical rate limits protect the service against abuse.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are not a stored-value product.
• Credits do not expire while your account is open, including after you cancel a plan.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Charges appear on your statement as RAPVIDEOGEN.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

6. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (every month or every year, as you chose) at the price shown at purchase, until you cancel. For yearly plans we email a reminder before each renewal. You can cancel at any time in My Studio → Manage billing, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and your remaining credits stay in your account.

Upgrades take effect immediately: Stripe charges the prorated difference and we add the difference in video credits. To move to a lower plan, cancel and choose the new plan when the current one ends. Refunds are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Promotions

Promotional codes and bonus credits are subject to the terms shown with the offer, have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn if obtained through abuse (for example duplicate accounts).

8. Your content and permissions

• You keep ownership of the photos, topics and lyrics you submit ("Inputs"). You confirm that you own each photo or have the explicit permission of every person shown, and that your Inputs do not infringe anyone's rights.
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your Inputs only to provide the service, run safety checks and comply with law. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
• Subject to these Terms and payment, you may use the videos, songs and lyrics you generate ("Outputs"). Outputs made on the Free or Starter plan are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Outputs made while on Pro or Studio may also be used commercially, including in ads and monetized content.
• Outputs are AI-generated. Similar Outputs may be produced for other users. Label Outputs as AI-generated where a platform or law requires it, and never present them as real footage of a real event.

9. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular you may not upload images of public figures, celebrities, politicians or minors, create content that impersonates, harasses or defames a real person, or imitate existing songs or artists. We may refuse, remove or delete content and suspend accounts that break these rules, without refunding credits used for prohibited content.

10. Intellectual property and takedowns

The service, its design, code and brand belong to us. If you believe content made with the service infringes your rights or depicts you without consent, email support@rapvideogenerator.com with the details. We aim to review and remove infringing content within 24 hours.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will refund unused purchased credits on a pro-rata basis.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your Inputs, your use of Outputs, or your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

15. Termination

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

16. Export and legal restrictions

You may not use the service where it is prohibited by law, or if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or are listed on a government restricted-party list.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules, and without depriving you of mandatory protections of the country where you live. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
