Acceptable Use Policy

1. Consent is required

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of adults who have given you explicit permission to create a rap video of them.
• You must be able to show that permission if the person asks us to remove the content.

2. Not allowed

• Photos of celebrities, politicians, public officials, influencers or other public figures, or fictional characters owned by others.
• Photos of anyone under 18, or anyone who appears to be under 18.
• Content that impersonates a real person, is presented as real footage, or could mislead people about real events, elections or public health.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, defamation or "diss" content targeting a real, identifiable person.
• Hate speech or content that attacks people based on protected characteristics.
• Sexual or nude content of any kind, including AI-generated sexual content.
• Violence, weapons used to threaten, self-harm, or illegal drugs promotion.
• Lyrics copied from existing songs, requests to imitate a named artist's voice or style, or any use that infringes copyright, trademark or publicity rights.
• Spam, scams, fraud, or using Outputs to deceive people for money.
• Attempts to bypass safety checks, rate limits or credit rules, or to scrape or reverse engineer the service.

3. How we enforce it

• Every photo and text request is reviewed automatically before generation. Blocked requests do not use credits.
• We may remove content, refuse service or close accounts that break this policy, without refunding credits used for violating content.
• We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

4. Report content

If a video made with RapVideoGenerator shows you without your consent or breaks this policy, email support@rapvideogenerator.com with a link or description. We aim to act within 24 hours.

5. Labeling AI content

Outputs are AI-generated. When you share them, follow each platform's rules for labeling synthetic or AI-generated media.
