Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What you are buying

RapVideoGenerator sells monthly and yearly plans and one-time video credit packs for AI rap songs and rap videos. Nothing is shipped. Credits are added to your account immediately after payment, and each video is delivered in your browser and in My Studio, usually within 5 to 10 minutes of starting it.

2. Failed or broken generations

If a generation fails at any step, the credits for that video are returned to your balance automatically. If a video finishes but is clearly broken (for example no audio, a frozen image, or a corrupted file), email us within 14 days with the video title and we will restore the credits.

3. Refunds of payments

• Monthly plans and credit packs: full refund within 7 days of the payment if none of the video credits from that payment were used.
• Yearly plans: full refund within 7 days of the first yearly payment or a yearly renewal if none of the video credits delivered with it were used. Because all 12 months of credits are delivered upfront, yearly payments are not refundable after credits from them have been used or after 7 days, except where the law requires.
• Songs: song generation is included in plans and has no separate charge, so it does not affect refund eligibility.
• Partially used purchases: generation costs are incurred as soon as credits are used, so partially used purchases are generally not refundable. We review exceptional cases (for example a technical issue on our side) individually and fairly.
• Forgot to cancel: if a renewal went through and you have not used any credits from it, ask within 7 days and we will refund it in full and cancel the plan.
• EU/UK consumers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. By starting a generation you ask us to perform the service immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends for credits you have used. Unused purchases can be withdrawn within 14 days for a full refund.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@rapvideogenerator.com from the email on your account with the payment date and amount. We reply within 1 business day. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and normally appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Cancelling a subscription

• Go to My Studio → Manage billing / cancel, and cancel in the Stripe billing portal. Or email us and we will cancel for you.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You are not charged again.
• Credits already in your balance stay available after cancellation.
• Upgrades (a higher plan, or monthly to yearly) are made on the Pricing page and prorated by Stripe. To downgrade, cancel and pick the new plan when the current one ends.
• Yearly plans: we email a reminder before each yearly renewal so you can cancel in time.

6. Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please contact us first. We resolve most issues within a day and a refund is faster than a dispute. Accounts with open chargebacks may be paused while the dispute is reviewed.

7. Content removed for policy violations

Credits used to create content that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy are not refunded.
