Money talk
What is a video credit?
One credit is one second of standard lip-synced video, so a 20-second video costs 20 credits. MV style videos (10 seconds with music-video camera cuts) also cost 1 credit per second, and HD video costs 4 credits per second. Songs, lyric videos, lyrics and rap names never use credits.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay once for the year at 50% off the monthly price, and all 12 months of video credits are added to your account right away. Pro and Studio yearly plans also include unlimited rap songs; Starter yearly keeps 30 songs a month. The plan renews yearly until you cancel.
What if I run out of credits?
Buy a one-time credit pack at any time. Packs never expire, and yearly members get 25% off every pack.
Do unused credits expire?
No. Subscription credits and pack credits stay in your balance while your account is open, even after you cancel a plan.
How do I cancel?
Open My Studio and choose Manage billing / cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and you are not charged again. Credits already in your balance remain available.
Can I get a refund?
Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically. Payments can be refunded in full within 7 days if none of the video credits from that payment were used. See the Refund Policy for details.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade from Starter to Pro or Studio, or from monthly to yearly, on this page. Stripe charges the prorated difference and we add the extra credits immediately. To downgrade, cancel and choose a new plan when the current one ends.
Which payment methods and currency?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout where required. Charges appear as RAPVIDEOGEN.
