Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum needed to make your rap videos and bill you. Uploaded photos are used only to create your video, are never used to train AI models or to identify you, and are deleted within 30 days. We never sell your data.
1. Who is responsible
RapVideoGenerator (rapvideogenerator.com) is the controller of your personal data. RapVideoGenerator is independently operated by a sole proprietor. Contact: support@rapvideogenerator.com.

3. Photos and faces
- Your photo is used only to produce the video you asked for and to run an automated safety review that checks for minors, public figures and prohibited content.
- We do not create or store facial recognition templates, do not use your photo to identify you, and do not use it to train AI models.
- Photos are stored at random, unguessable URLs that are never listed or shared, and are deleted within 30 days. Deleting a video in My Studio deletes its photo and video files immediately.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
We process data to perform our contract with you (making your videos, billing), for our legitimate interests (security, fraud and abuse prevention), to comply with legal obligations (tax records), and with your consent where required.
5. Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us run the service, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Stripe: payment processing and billing portal.
- Google: account sign-in.
- Vercel: website hosting and file storage.
- Neon: database hosting.
- AI generation providers accessed through kie.ai: lyric writing, music generation, lip-sync video generation and safety review. They receive only the inputs needed for each task.
We do not sell or rent personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR, UK GDPR and US state laws such as the CCPA), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Email support@rapvideogenerator.com from your account email. We respond within 30 days and never discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We use only strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and security. See the Cookie Policy.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our hosting providers. Access is limited to what is needed to run the service. Card data never touches our servers.
10. Children
The service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and photos of minors are rejected. If you believe a child has used the service, contact us and we will delete the data.
11. Changes
We will post updates here with a new date and notify account holders of material changes by email.
